AUSTIN'S BIO

Austin Anthony Miller was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana on October 12th, 1996 and raised by parents Dina Lynch and Scott Miller.

Growing up, he's always had a compassion for music, especially the loudness of the drums. He was formerly introduced to a kit in 6th grade, and fell in love with playing. He's been hugely influenced by his uncle Wes, and it was at Wes' house where he would practice the most. He has a wide variety of musical influences and favorite bands, his first of course was KISS, the most important (drum wise) would have to be Paramore. Because after hearing the amazing tracks Zac had laid down for their debut album ALL WE KNOW IS FALLING, he wanted to have a style very similar and to be capable of playing those tracks. Zac remains one of his all time favorite drummers.

He's played since 6th grade and it has been much more than a hobby but a passion. He joined his first band in February of 2011 with friends Skyler Jones and Matt Purlee. At the end of 2011 they decided it was time for a change and Skyler, Matt & Austin audtioned for a new lead singer. Alison Nelson joined and the new band "Beyond Doubt" was formed. Dustin Goodwin joined the band during the Summer of 2012.
